Yes, worrying helps your health deteriorate, helps your hair turn gray, helps more wrinkles appear on your face, helps your attitude and mood swings change faster than a hot flash. I know it's easier said than done, but once you learn the danger and damage worrying leads to, you will find it easier to kick worrying to the curb!
